January Survey Results:

·         Less than a third reported that PfP touches all employees and drives better results. For those that have implemented PfP, are you missing some of the potential of an effective incentive based compensation system?

·         About 1 in 5 reported that they use PfP in employee performance reviews. Wouldn’t it make sense to integrate these discussions?
